Ronda Clement

Ronda Clement is the founder and owner of JP Creative Co., a boutique marketing consultancy specializing in healthcare and financial services. With extensive experience across highly regulated industries, she brings expertise in strategic planning, brand development, rebranding, digital marketing, public relations, audience engagement, and integrated marketing communications.

 

Ronda also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Zimmerman School of Advertising & Mass Communications at the University of South Florida, where she teaches Media Planning and Campaigns and mentors the next generation of marketing professionals.

She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), graduating cum laude.

​

Beyond her professional career, Ronda is deeply committed to her faith and serving the community. She has dedicated countless hours to nonprofit leadership and volunteer service, including her work with the Tampa Bay Young Women's Leadership Symposium and Grace Family Church. In recognition of her community impact and leadership, she was honored as Tampa Bay Woman of the Year in 2010.

Outside of work, Ronda enjoys spending time with her adult children (fraternal twins), family, and close friends. She recharges through strength training at CAMP, running along Tampa's Riverwalk, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning and LSU Tigers.

As a member of the Peirano Family Foundation Board, Ronda brings strategic marketing expertise, a passion for community engagement, and a steadfast commitment to expanding opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen families, and create lasting impact throughout the communities the Foundation serves.
