Jen Terry

Jen Terry is passionate about serving others and creating meaningful, lasting impact in her community. A lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, she grew up in Temple Terrace before returning home after college to build her career, raise her family, and invest in the community she loves.

Jen earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Florida and the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, laying the foundation for a successful career dedicated to helping others achieve their fullest potential.

For more than 25 years, Jen has worked as a physical therapist, partnering with individuals of all ages and abilities to restore mobility, improve quality of life, and reach their personal goals.

 

Today, she and her husband, Paul, own OPPT University, a thriving outpatient physical therapy practice serving the University of South Florida community and surrounding Tampa Bay area.

 

Beyond her professional career, Jen is deeply committed to giving back. She has served in numerous volunteer leadership roles through the PTA, her church, and community organizations, reflecting her belief that strong communities are built through service, collaboration, and compassion.

Faith, family, and friendships remain at the center of Jen's life. She and her husband, Paul, have been happily married for many years and are excited to embrace the next chapter as empty nesters. In their free time, they enjoy staying active, kayaking, traveling on weekend adventures, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

As a member of the Peirano Family Foundation Board, Jen brings a servant's heart, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep passion for helping individuals and families build healthier, brighter futures.
